Makeup For Less delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Fridays, Sundays, or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Processing times may be extended during promotions or peak seasons.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
• Express Delivery (if available): 1 business day
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability.

4. Delivery Charges (UAE)

Delivery fees are applied per order and clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Cosmetics Packaging & Handling

• All makeup and cosmetic products are brand new, sealed, and hygienically packed.
• Liquid, cream, and fragrance items are securely packaged to prevent leakage or damage.
• Exposure to high temperatures during transit may occur and is beyond our control.

6. Delivery Conditions

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details including address and contact number.
• Couriers may contact customers to arrange delivery.
• Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details or unavailability may result in additional delivery charges.

7. Returns & Refunds (Cosmetics-Specific)

Due to hygiene and safety regulations in the UAE, Makeup For Less follows strict return rules:

• Opened, used, swatched, or tampered cosmetic products
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Change-of-mind returns on cosmetics

✅ Eligible for Return or Refund

• Product is damaged, leaking, or broken upon delivery
• Wrong item was delivered
• Manufacturing defect

8. Reporting an Issue

• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide clear photos or videos of:

  • The packaging
  • The delivery label

9. Resolution Method

Once verified, Makeup For Less may offer:

• Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
• Store credit
• Refund to the original payment method

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

10. Delays & Force Majeure

Makeup For Less is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, public holidays, or courier-related issues. Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.
